With users located across the United States we conduct phone interviews while sharing our screens to observe what users are doing with our reporting. Learning more about their motivations, pain-points and to gather feedback. Here is an example of one of the remote sessions where a user is sharing their screen with us and walking us through what they are trying to accomplish with data they use to inform their restaurant business.
